Illidan Was Totally Prepared
Infact he was so prepared for us that he had Blizzard take down the servers 3hrs early to try and stop us. Fag...

It seemed like we would never get him down. We suffered the same raid attrition that most guild are suffering now due to boredom and burn out. However, our recruits are pro and no one got carried though BT with out working at it. It looks like we took a long time to kill Illidan, but in reality we only saw him a few times. Sometimes due to attrition problems, sometimes due to the awesomeness that is Blizzard and them screwing up our play time with shitty servers and lag. Thanks guys!
Anywho...Grats to Ordain on his stupidly large [Bulwark of Azzinoth], our Lord Oniyuri on his [The Skull of Gul'dan], Chixor on [Robe of the Malefic], Sherie on [Shroud of Absolution], and Grashi on [Gronnstalker's Chestguard]!

Advanced Focus
This fight does not call for ordinary focus, it requires...ADVANCED FOCUS. For the second time this week we have that "Yaaaahnig!!!" feeling that can only come from a boss that requires 1/2 a brain to accomplish. This was only really our first night (well, second technically) working on him...her...it...but here at GnM we get results! Even if we did wipe on the gauntlet...

We Defiled Archimonde!
Coming off a rough previous week, we got our issues squared away and had a near flawless Hyjal clear, topped off by dropping Mr. 'Monde in 2 attempts.
I won't lie. This fight is kinda hard. However, when your dressed like THIS, everything seems easy! (inside joke that you would get if you were in our guild...so like...apply!)

Gorefiend Spirited Away!
Tired of Hyjal and not having the healers to work on Archimonde more (hes at 20%, soon my friends...soon), we decided to bite the bullet and get everyone to start learning the Teron Gorefiend encounter. We had a few attempts on him a little while ago but nothing serious, just trying to teach people the Ghost phase. Well tonight we had 4 people who had never seen the fight, so we didn't expect anything other than a learning night (you know, because we hear the fight is really hard and all). Well, our 2nd attempt comes up and all the people who have never done the fight before get ghosts, but never fear, they have the 1/2 a brain required to do the fight.
Highly Overrated...
Arcaned is currently enjoying Retsmashing people (and by Retsmashing I mean he goes around 2 shotting people in WSG) with his new [Soul Cleaver] and Reversal ended up with the [Softstep Boots of Tracking]. Huge thanks to Elladan, Dena, and Clippers from EC coming out to help!
We got Reliquary of Souls to phase 2 on our 2nd attempt with only 2 Rogues and most of us having no idea whats going on. Fight looks AMAZING and unique. Thank God...

Supremus & Akama didn't have a Valentine
Poor guys :( They were all depressed when we came into BT. We wanted to help them but they just kept on crying about how their girlfriends left them for some indie band lead singers. After about 20mins we got tired of hearing how they lost their "one and only" and gave them an emo bitch slap...

Anetheron & Naj'entus like it on their back!
One thing we ask if you are going to raid with us is that you don't "afk 30 seconds pee" and have it turn into a 10 min "I needed to get beer" run.
Anywho, after getting Anetheron to 3% on our FIRST attempt ever, we thought it would be best to put him out of his misery...
Lucky Tnerbo ended up getting [Pepe's Shroud of Pacification] and then 2mins later [The Unbreakable Will]. Huzzah! Dshift will also be enjoying his [Pillar of Ferocity].
Jaina then made some comment about our mothers, so we told her to...well you know what we said...but anyway we ported outa there and left her to die to Archimonde's forces. We are really sensitive about our mothers...
Happy that we left Jania to die, we decided it was time to make our first trip into Black Temple and see what kinda free loot we could scrounge up there. Naj'entus wasn't exactly free loot, but he was dead in 3 attempts non the less.
Grashi now enjoys octopus hunting with his [Halberd of Desolation]. Oh, and Bodybutter yet again comes up with a "lol T6 first boss loot is mine!" and got [Ring of Calming Waves].
All and all a good night for GnM. 2 guild firsts in one night. Jania had the last laugh however and decided to start her "free gem event" with out us. We came back only to find her missing and all our gems stolen. Bitch...

Finally had enough healers Kael keyed today to go check out Rage Winterchill in Hyjal. Nothing funny to say, just weird to have a fight where you take him to 43% on your first attempt ever and kill him your second in a T6 instance. Felt like this guy was just another trash wave. The trash is 10x harder than he is. However, I would like to say "WTF BLIZZARD!?" at the speed you have to do bids on trash epics in between waves. Jebes...

Kael'thas Down!
Fuck this guy. I hope he makes a big pot of soup and it spills all over his kitchen and he has to clean it up but then realizes that he is out of paper towels and is forced to use his nice decorative dish towels instead, but they get stained, and he knows the stain wont wash out no matter how hard he tries. Even with that Oxyclean crap you see that dude with the creepy "I'm a child molester" beard sells on TV. That shit is set in there and he knows it. I'd rather watch another 8 months of pre-election coverage on MSNBC than ever do this fight ever again. No really, fuck this guy.
